The Opportunity 
We're searching for a self-driven Real Estate Agent to join our ever-expanding team! The perfect candidate is an experienced salesperson who loves a fast-paced work atmosphere. You are passionate about success, have a powerful work ethic, and are willing to put in the effort. You will be given a regular flow of leads, including landlords and tenants who need to purchase a home or property, and property owners who need to list properties that we currently have under management.
 
As a comprehensive residential Real Estate and Property Management company with more than 3000 properties under management, we have the ability to offer you quick payment with multiple lease listings monthly as well as listing presentation opportunities with our Business Development Team.

What You'll Do
  • Build, grow, and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy
  • Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity
  • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
  • Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property
  • Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time
  • Ensure current resident files are properly maintained
  • 20+ phone calls per day
  • Working weekends required
What Qualifies You
  • Texas real estate license required
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS
