YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

This full‑time, in‑office position offers schedule options of 7 am–4 pm, 8 am–5 pm, or 9 am–5 pm, Monday-Friday, with minimal travel to sites as needed.


As our Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist, you'll spend each day ensuring the accuracy and integrity of LIHTC compliance across 70+ Michigan properties. You'll review move‑ins, recertifications, and income changes, support a centralized compliance leader, and serve as a trusted guide for onsite teams. Your work keeps operations seamless, supports housing stability, and helps ensure every file, resident, and property remains fully compliant.
