You Are:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Red Hat Business Group is the senior executive responsible for defining and driving the overall technology strategy for the Red Hat relationship. This role ensures that technology investments support businessobjectives, enable innovation, and strengthen the organization's competitive position across global or regional markets.

The Work:
Technical Deal Origination, Pre-Sales, Thought Leadership, Enablement, Technical Leadership

  • Guide early technical discovery and solution direction shaping for priority opportunities, aligning client needs and target architectures with Red Hat platform strategy and Accenture methodologies; evaluate alternative solution options across technical, business, and delivery dimensions to ensure opportunities are strategically sound,commercially viable, and positioned to strengthen competitive advantage before entering formal presales.

  • Guide and oversee presales solutioning activities for priority opportunities, including shaping solution approaches,validatingscope and estimates, and articulating technical value propositions; ensure alignment between client requirements, Red Hat platform capabilities, and Accenture delivery models to support competitive, differentiated pursuits entering formal sales cycles.

  • Contribute to technology thought leadership by shaping and sharing strategic perspectives on Red Hat-enabled platforms, architectures, and innovation trends; provide informed input into points of view, client discussions, and internal forums to support market positioning, differentiate Accenture offerings, and influence technology strategy across regions and markets.

  • Enable sales, solutioning, and delivery teams by translating Red Hat platform strategy and architectural direction into reusable guidance, assets, and narratives; support consistent execution through alignment on methods, partner plays, and solution patterns to scale capability and accelerate highquality pursuits across markets.

  • Provide technical leadership across priority initiatives by setting architectural direction, guiding technical decisionmaking, and advising stakeholders on platform, integration, and delivery considerations; ensure solutions align with Accenture standards, partner strategies, and longterm technologyobjectiveswhile enabling consistent, highquality execution across markets.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • A minimum of 15 years ofhands-onexperience in Hybrid Cloud platforms including infrastructure, application development includingGenAI architecture, covering both functional and technical aspects and client interlock covering solution shapingandexpertisewith the Red HatTechStack

  • Minimum of 3years of specialized experience supporting Financial Services environments, including exposure toindustry specificrequirements, regulatory considerations, andenterprise scaleoperating models.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
