Operational Excellence:

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- 5+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure architecture and implementation experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
- Hands-on expertise with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Deep knowledge of network design and protocols, including routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Practical experience with storage solutions (SAN, NAS) and backup/recovery strategies
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid architectures
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and major Linux distributions (Red Hat, Rocky, Ubuntu, CentOS)
- Scripting or automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages
