- Design, deploy, upgrade, and manage production-grade Red Hat OpenShift (Kubernetes) clusters at scale
- Architect and implement enterprise storage solutions on OpenShift (Ceph, Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation, Rook, PVs, PVCs, StorageClasses, CSI drivers)
- Design and manage advanced networking configurations including Multus, SR-IOV, OVN-Kubernetes, Network Policies, Ingress, Load Balancers, and service mesh integration
- Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, Flux, or similar tools
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both infrastructure and application layers
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and OpenShift operators
- Troubleshoot complex issues across compute, storage, networking, and cluster operators
- Ensure high availability, scalability, backup, disaster recovery, and security compliance for OpenShift environments
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with DevOps, SRE, Security, and Application teams
