All Pro Security is rapidly expanding throughout the Pacific Northwest, and we are looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the Portland market.

This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing recurring-revenue business. You will have the ability to sell a full suite of security solutions including armed and unarmed guards, mobile patrol, cameras, drones, event staffing, fire watch, executive protection, and emergency response services.

If you are motivated by uncapped commissions, territory ownership, and the ability to build a market with strong operational support behind you, this role offers significant upside.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business throughout the greater Portland metro area, including Vancouver, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham, Tigard, and surrounding markets
  • Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting
  • Conduct site walks, security assessments, and discovery meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop tailored proposals and close recurring service contracts
  • Partner closely with Operations to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client retention
  • Represent All Pro Security at networking events, trade shows, property management events, and industry associations
  • Maintain strong pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM documentation

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B outside sales, account executive, territory sales, or business development roles
