Job Summary:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician at PFI InStore, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the productivity and operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems. Your work will help minimize downtime and support our production goals while adhering to safety protocols and maintenance best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various types of machinery and systems, including plastic injection molding equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems effectively and efficiently to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to production activities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and facilitate effective communication across departments.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, participating in safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing parts inventory, including accurately tracking usage and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reliability.

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in plastic injection molding.
  • 4 years of industrial electrical experience.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
