Job description

Administrative Generalist (Front Desk)

Location: Seattle, WA (100% In Office) 

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $22.00/hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for a Front Desk Admin Generalist to help support our Seattle, WA branch office. This position is responsible for sitting at the front desk, maintaining the front lobby, answering phones, greeting visitors, mail, filing, handling sensitive documents, and assisting human resources to include recruiting along with other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.

  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred 1 year of admin experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Detail orientated and good organizational skills. 
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
