AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER

e-COMM/DIGITAL - TORONTO, ON

We're seeking an Amazon Account Manager - Consumer Beauty & Prestige to join our E-Commerce & Digital team. This is a high-impact, fast paced role responsible for building strong commercial partnerships and delivering growth strategies across Coty's Consumer Beauty and Prestige portfolios on Amazon.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Amazon Account Manager, you will own and drive the Amazon business, spanning account management, commercial strategy, media and operations. You will play a critical role in achieving Coty's revenue and profitability targets and driving a digital mindset within the organization.

 

Your main focus:

 

  • Own and grow the Amazon business: Lead end-to-end account management, including annual planning, growth strategy development, and delivery of Joint Business Plans and QBRs
  • Drive commercial & operational excellence: Manage online sales fundamentals, inventory, forecasting, and supply chain alignment to ensure strong in-stock and performance outcomes
  • Lead promotional and launch strategy: Design and execute annual promotional calendars and best-in-class go-to-market plans for new product launches
  • Manage P&L and investment efficiency: Oversee trade spend, budgets, and ROI optimization through data-driven performance analysis
  • Own Amazon Retail Media strategy: Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to plan and execute media campaigns that deliver on key KPIs (Share Gain, CTR, ROAS, NTB)
  • Optimize content and performance insights: Ensure PDP excellence, SEO optimization, and deliver reporting with actionable insights to continuously improve business performance
