About the Role:
Richard's RV Servicenter, Inc. is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Recreational Vehicle Parts Specialist to join our team in Greer, SC! Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct RV parts and accessories for their needs
  • Manage parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts department
  • Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability for repairs
  • Look up part numbers and pricing using RV parts catalogs and electronic databases
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts counter and showroom
  • Build relationships with parts vendors and suppliers to source hard-to-find components
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in RV, automotive, marine, or powersports parts is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, helpful demeanor
  • Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, diagrams, and catalogs
  • Basic computer proficiency for inventory management and order processing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move parts and inventory as needed
  • Knowledge of or genuine interest in recreational vehicles and the RV lifestyle
