Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Youth Programs Tumbling Instructor to join the Exos team. As a Youth Programs Tumbling Instructor you will:

  • Plan, prepare and execute an organized and engaging daily set of lessons, drills, and/or games.

  • Plan and conduct activities that promote self-esteem and encourage success.

  • Provide opportunities for each child to meet the established goals of the program.

  • Plan for the safe operation of the program and the safety of all participants.

  • Work independently, with the support of the Youth Recreation Manager to meet the established
    goals of the program.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Youth Recreation Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience coaching/teaching children

  • Current CPR/AED/FA Infant, Child & Adult Certifications

  • Highly qualified motivator and communicator

  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $35 - $45/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
