This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. While the majority of sessions can be conducted from the comfort of your home, occasional consultations or team meetings may require your participation via video calls. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources.
• Provide one-on-one, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s goals.
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary, applying safety planning strategies to ensure client welfare.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and therapeutic workshops designed to empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, tracking client progress and treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
