Compensation (clear growth path):
  • Split starts at 60%, with performance-based increases up to 65%.
  • Full-time RMTs at MYo Lab typically earn $60,000–$110,000+ gross/year (depending on schedule, retention, and performance).

Requirements:
  • Active RMT license.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Clear police check.
