Our outpatient office, located in Gresham, Oregon, serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely while being an integral part of a supportive outpatient team. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to define each client’s needs, developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
• Maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to strict confidentiality standards and compliance with regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the care provided.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve patient outcomes and therapeutic efficacy.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with advances in the mental health field and best practices in therapeutic interventions.

The clients you will work with include a broad demographic of individuals across various age groups experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and mood disorders. Our focus is to provide holistic, client-centered therapy that meets the unique needs of each individual, fostering an environment where they feel understood and supported.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Oregon is essential.
• A profound understanding of solution-oriented psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to customize therapeutic approaches for diverse client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships that establish trust and empathetic connections with clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to assess client situations effectively and guide them toward positive outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and supporting the contributions of colleagues to facilitate an enriching work environment.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele in a similar therapeutic setting, especially in outpatient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in clinical record-keeping.
• Previous engagement with trauma-informed care frameworks and continuous education in mental health trends and best practices.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
