We are a growing and well-established restoration company seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead the reconstruction side of our restoration projects. This individual will play a critical role in estimating, insurance coordination, project management, customer communication, and overall job execution from repair final completion.

What Youll Do
  • Prepare detailed reconstruction estimates using Xactimate
  • Manage projects from post-mitigation through reconstruction completion
  • Coordinate directly with insurance adjusters and carriers
  • Submit estimates, supplements, and documentation for approval
  • Utilize DocuSketch and related technology platforms for documentation and estimating support
  • Oversee subcontractors, schedules, materials, and project timelines
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the reconstruction process
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to company quality standards
  • Coordinate internally with mitigation and content teams and office staff
  • Track change orders, job progress, and project profitability
  • Maintain accurate project files and documentation
  • Handle job tracking, work authorizations and compliance paperwork
Qualifications
  • Experience in restoration and reconstruction project management required
  • Knowledge of Xactimate estimating software preferred but will train the right person
  • Familiarity with Time and Materials (T&M) billing/program work preferred
  • Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters
  • Familiarity with DocuSketch or Mica
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial reconstruction practices
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Ability to pass a background check
