Arizona Restoration Contractors is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Disaster Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all phases of restoration reconstruction projects from initial assessment through project completion
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations
  • Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project scopes of work
  • Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or risks proactively
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management
