Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

We’re seeking a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking professional who is confident working with patients, explaining treatment plans, and helping patients move forward with recommended dental care.

What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent in English and Spanish — speaking Spanish is required
  • Previous dental office or treatment coordination experience preferred
  • Dentrix experience recommended
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Comfortable discussing treatment costs, insurance, and financing options
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Professional, friendly, and confident with patients
  • Able to effectively follow up on outstanding treatment plans
Responsibilities
  • Present and explain treatment plans to patients
  • Help patients understand their recommended dental care and options
  • Discuss fees, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options
  • Schedule and coordinate treatment
  • Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment
  • Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
  • Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
