Job description

Receptionist

The Orchards Michigan, located in Northwest, MI is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Support Nurse to join our team.

Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call

  • Take and deliver messages

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management

  • Schedule appointments and interviews

  • Generate reports and other documents

  • Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Receptionist Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have at least 2 years clerical experience

  • Computer and software skills

  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them

  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have great organizational skills

  • Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills
