Job description

Job Title: Hospitality/Front Desk Receptionist—Legal


Location: Atlanta, GA 30363
Schedule: Sunday–Saturday (flexible), 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
 


Position Summary:

This hospitality-focused position supports a legal office environment by managing meetings, events, room setups, inventory, and general client services. It combines strong customer service and event coordination responsibilities with physical activity (e.g., furniture movement and room arrangements).

Candidates must have a hospitality or catering/banquet background (e.g., hotel/restaurant industry) and experience in a legal office environment. Strong Microsoft Outlook and computer skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute conference room and event setups/breakdowns, including arranging furniture, podiums, and supplies.

  • Prepare catered food setups including beverages, utensils, napkins, etc.

  • Greet clients, manage hospitality calendars, and ensure conference spaces are client-ready.

  • Maintain clean and stocked kitchens, pantries, and meeting rooms; operate and clean equipment like coffee machines, microwaves, and refrigerators.

  • Track and replenish inventory of food, beverages, and office supplies.

  • Maintain general office cleanliness including trash removal, light cleaning, and restocking.

  • May support clerical and mailroom functions such as copying, shipping/receiving, and fax distribution.

  • Provide training and leadership to junior hospitality team members.

  • Adhere to company safety, health, and cleanliness standards.


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 1–2 years of hospitality, banquet, or food service experience (restaurant or hotel background preferred).

  • Legal environment experience is a must.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general office software.
