Job description

As Receptionist/AP/Payroll clerk, you verify and enter invoices and payroll information. You report to the Business Office Manager. You will:
  • Input and code invoices approved by the administrator/executive director
  • Onboard new employees and respond quickly to all employee payroll-related questions
  • Verify completion of time records, resolve payroll issues, and process the twice-monthly payroll
  • Direct individuals to the appropriate office, resident room, or area
  • Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately
  • Provide clerical support to all departments
  • Work - Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with personnel, residents, and management issues
  • Payroll consists of accurately confirming employee hours for facility and reporting to corporate for processing. As well as, tracking down missing timecard entries.
You Currently:
  • Desire to make a difference
  • Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. 
  • Possess a high school diploma/GED
  • Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Plan and organize your work activities, manage work time efficiently, and work independently
