What You'll Do
  • Reconcile media invoices against campaign budgets and vendor records
  • Review reports and spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and missing information
  • Maintain accurate tracking documents and reconciliation logs
  • Support media, finance, and account teams with billing-related tasks
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice questions and corrections
  • Assist with campaign reporting and data validation
  • Ensure media documentation is organized and up to date
  • Help improve processes and identify efficiencies within reconciliation workflows
