Class A CDL Drivers Northeast Regional (Up to $1,700/Week) New Drivers Welcome

We're currently hiring Class A CDL drivers for Northeast Regional routes. Whether you're an experienced driver or a recent CDL graduate, we welcome your application.

Pay & Benefits

  • Average Weekly pay: $1700.00
  • Trainees earn $650/week during training (approximately 46 weeks OTR with Mentor)
  • Mileage pay starting at $0.80 per mile (01 year experience), increasing up to $0.85 per mile based on experience
  • $15 stop pay
  • $80.00 unload pay
  • Monthly Driver Performance Bonus
  • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Position Details

  • Regional routes All of the Northeast (New England down to Virginia)
  • Full Hand Unload, Load/Unload Assist/Tailgate
  • Drivers with less than 6 months of experience will complete 46 weeks with a trainer
  • Home time on weekends (Sun-Thur, or Tue-Sat)
  • Favorable Dedicated planner provides maximum production based on ability of the driver. Staying out 1 weekend allows planner to get full production and more miles
  • Orientation held at the nearest hub (location assigned based on residence)
  • Flexible scheduling must be open to both day and night driving
  • Average of 1,700 miles per week

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited CDL school (minimum 120 hours)
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
  • Clean driving record with no major accidents, violations, or suspensions in the past 5 years
  • No terminations from previous employment
  • No DUIs, the past 5 years, no more than 1 in a lifetime
  • Stable 10-year work history with minimal gaps (exceptions for school or training)
  • Ability to pass both urine and hair test drug screening
  • Must live within 300 miles of 13212 zip code
