Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Western regional refrigerated account (Western 5). This role offers steady freight, predictable schedules, biweekly home time, and a training pathway for recent CDL graduates. Drivers operate 53' refrigerated trailers on regional lanes and can expect competitive weekly earnings and full benefits.

Compensation & benefits

  • $1,400 - $1600+ week (varies by miles and experience)
  • Base mileage pay starts at $0.60/mile with scheduled pay increases up to $0.70/mile
  • Training pay: $680 for 4–6 weeks OTR for drivers with less than 6 months of experience
  • Stop pay: $10 per stop
  • Full benefits effective after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
  • Orientation located in Lathrop, CA

Job details

  • Felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years will be reviewed for safety considerations
  • Stable work history: at least 6 months of verifiable work in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years (acceptable gaps for education or training)
  • Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
  • Residence within 50 miles of Lathrop, CA
