  • Identify and communicate product discrepancies, shortages, damages, or receiving issues.

Custom Order Sorting & Fulfillment:
  • Unpack and sort merchandise for custom team and group orders.
  • Organize product onto tables or designated areas by product number, product type, size, color, and other identifying information.
  • Accurately pick merchandise from sorted product as orders are called out by another receiving team member.

  • Route completed orders and merchandise to the appropriate production department or next step.

Warehouse Support:
  • Back stock merchandise into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pull merchandise from warehouse locations as needed for retail, production, customer orders, or other departments.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits to verify that physical product matches assigned warehouse locations and inventory records.
  • Help maintain accurate and organized warehouse locations.
  • Move and reorganize merchandise as inventory levels and operational needs change.

Shipping & General Support:
  • Prepare and process outgoing packages using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers.
  • Prepare and work with purchase orders, sales orders, and other shipping and receiving documents.
  • Assist with loading outgoing shipments and transfers.

  • Assist with other shipping, receiving, warehouse, and operational responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day.
  • Comfortable using computers, scanners, and basic software programs.
  • Ability to recognize and accurately differentiate product numbers, sizes, colors, descriptions, and barcodes.
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed.

Physical Requirements: This is an active, hands-on position. Employees must be able to:
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequently bend, reach, squat, and move throughout receiving and warehouse areas.
