Job description

This position will be responsible for managing our receiving/warehouse department.  This position will effectively manage the receiving department to ensure the success of daily operations as well as the strategic goals of the Company. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous receiving/warehouse management experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service.  This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, company email and their capabilities. 
  • Ability to work with Point of Sales system (POS) and its capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamic environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas.
