Receiving Agent

Compensation: Starting pay of $17.50-$21.50/hr

Location: Minneapolis, KS

Shift/Hours: 1st 

  • 1st Shift regular schedule of M-F, 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure materials are received and processed in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
  • Communicate daily metrics and resource constraints to warehouse leadership team.
  • Improve product quality and reduce errors & omissions through continuous improvement principles, maximize productivity by identifying waste and implementing improvements.
  • Ensure to follow safety procedures at all times. Identify and communicate safety-related continuous improvement opportunities to leadership.
  • Complete other duties as required to support customer order fulfillment.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use basic math.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem resolution skills.
  • Team-orientation and focus
  • Interest in career and skills advancement.

Work Environment: This is a manufacturing plant environment - exposure to high temperatures, moving machinery, moving equipment, heights and confined spaces, along with lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.
