Job Description:
What does an Inbound Unloader/Receiving Warehouse Associate do?
As a Receiver Unloader Warehouse Associate, you play a key role in our merchandise journey. You will ensure that the right goods get to the right stores at the right time. You will unload carton freight trailers according to department standards by counting, selecting, and sorting cartons by style, color, store order, or other criteria while following trailer safety practices. You will do this amazing work in a fast paced, safe and efficient way.
Some of the responsibilities of this role include the following:

  • Associates must be able to unload carton freight trailers according to department standards, follow trailer safety practices and perform job function within established safety guidelines
  • Working in an environment with variable temperatures.
  • Maintain housekeeping inside trailers and around dock door area.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard for logging trailer and inventory information.
  • Ability to read from a computer screen in English.
  • Count, select and sort cartons by style, color, store order or other criteria.
  • Lifting and lowering of packages up to 50 lbs. and reaching with hands and arms. Team lifting may be required on some assignments.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently required to adjust body position to properly bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn and pivot.
  • Match receipts against purchase orders.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Be flexible with changing demands and priorities.
  • Be organized and show good attention to detail.
  • Be safety conscious.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of job-related experience is preferred, but not required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must successfully complete a specialized math and skill assessment
  • Be able to lift up to 60lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for 10 to 12 hours
Shift Opportunity:
  • C Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00PM - 2:30AM

How much do we pay?
Our Receiving Associates start at $18.90 per hour with shift differentials on qualifying shifts.
