IDS is seeking an experienced Logistician II to support Army logistics and supply operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting supply activities, maintaining property accountability, and ensuring the efficient management of government equipment and materials. This role requires experience with Army supply programs and the ability to perform activities related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking supplies. The Logistician II will also support property accountability efforts, hand receipt management, and inventory processes to ensure operational readiness and compliance with Army requirements. Key Duties • Perform all functions of a supply operation in support of an Army activity. • Order, receive, store, issue, and track supplies and equipment. • Take actions to expedite the receipt of parts and required materials. • Research alternative sources for supply items when necessary. • Maintain accountability of government property. • Administer and maintain hand receipt records and documentation. • Conduct inventories of Army property in accordance with established procedures. • Maintain supply records and supporting documentation. • Assist with asset tracking and property management activities. • Coordinate with stakeholders to support logistics and supply requirements. Requirements • High school diploma or GED. • Active Secret security clearance required. • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Army supply programs. • Demonstrated experience performing all functions of a supply operation in support of an Army activity, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies. • Demonstrated experience taking actions to expedite receipt of parts. • Demonstrated experience researching alternative sources for supply items. • Demonstrated experience performing property accountability functions. • Demonstrated experience administering hand receipt procedures. • Demonstrated experience conducting inventories of all types of Army property.
