Role Description The Realtor Associate role at LAPEYRE REALTY is a full-time remote position focused on supporting clients through every stage of the real estate process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting virtual or in-person property showings as needed, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and working closely with lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The Realtor Associate will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, monitor market listings and trends, and provide timely updates to clients.
