Responsibilities
  • Successfully finish the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Support sales agents in guiding clients to discover their perfect homes
  • Provide comprehensive, written feedback to fine-tune clients' home search parameters
  • Commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions as required by the team
  • Take part in team events in line with team standards
  • Attend weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
  • Utilize our Technology to monitor tasks and activities
