Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Realtor in New Mexico who is motivated, ambitious, and ready to launch a full-time career as a Realtor Apprentice. This position provides immersive, hands-on training, structured mentorship, and access to proven systems by working alongside a high-performing team to accelerate your real estate career.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partner with experienced agents to deepen your understanding of the real estate market
  • Assist with client communications, coordinate property showings, conduct open houses, and handle follow-up activities
  • Master and apply effective scripts, systems, and strategies that drive success
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and transparent communication
  • Participate actively in team culture, training programs, and coaching sessions

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
