Position Summary:
We are looking for a licensed Realtor in New Mexico who is driven, ambitious, and eager to embark on a full-time career as a Realtor Apprentice. This role offers comprehensive, hands-on training, structured mentorship, and access to proven systems by collaborating with a high-achieving team to fast-track your real estate career.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior agents to gain in-depth knowledge of the real estate market
  • Support client communications, coordinate property showings, conduct open houses, and manage follow-up tasks
  • Master and implement effective scripts, systems, and strategies that lead to success
  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through consistent, transparent communication
  • Engage actively in team culture, training initiatives, and coaching sessions

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Possesses an active New Mexico real estate license (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Enthusiastic about learning, adapting, and applying established systems

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
