Position Summary
We are looking for a licensed New Mexico Realtor who is ambitious, motivated, and prepared to build a full-time career as a Realtor Apprentice. Through hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and access to proven systems, you will work alongside a high-performing team while developing the skills and knowledge needed to advance your real estate career.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Work alongside experienced agents to expand your knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Support client communication, property showings, open houses, and follow-up efforts
  • Learn and consistently apply proven scripts, systems, and strategies
  • Develop lasting client relationships through reliable, clear, and transparent communication
  • Engage fully in team activities, training, coaching, and professional development
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Active New Mexico real estate license required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow established systems
  • Self-directed, goal-focused, and committed to pursuing real estate full time
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
