Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Time Property Manager in Bellingham WA to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and ensuring the properties operate efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly
  • Conduct property inspections and enforce lease agreements
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
  • Market available units and conduct property showings
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Prepare and manage property budgets

Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in upselling additional services or amenities
  • Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
  • Experience in facilities management and maintenance
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with property leasing processes
  • Administrative skills for managing property documents and records
