Realm Agency Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We're looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Realm's marketing engine across content, SEO, PR, and digital growth.

This is a hands-on, highly analytical role for someone who can combine creativity with operational excellence. You'll be responsible for developing compelling homeowner and contractor-focused content, coordinating multiple external agencies, and ensuring every digital marketing initiative contributes measurable business results.

You'll own the day-to-day execution of Realm's marketing strategy while continuously improving our acquisition channels, organic search presence, and earned media. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution - planning campaigns one moment, reviewing SEO performance the next, coordinating a video shoot in the afternoon, and using AI tools to improve workflows throughout the day.

This is not a traditional digital growth role. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable analyzing Search Console data, reviewing creative assets, writing a PR brief, directing agency partners, and identifying new opportunities to drive homeowner acquisition.

This is a full-time, Los Angeles or New York City Role.

Your mandate is to build one of the most trusted homeowner brands while creating a marketing engine that consistently drives qualified demand.

This includes:

• Growing Realm's organic traffic, brand awareness, and homeowner engagement.
• Managing external agencies across SEO, PR, content, creative, social media, and paid marketing.
• Producing high-quality content that educates homeowners and reinforces Realm's expertise.
• Building scalable systems that leverage AI to improve marketing speed and quality.
• Measuring every initiative and continuously improving marketing performance through data.

Realm is on a mission to help homeowners complete renovations and new builds with confidence, ease, and financial clarity. We guide homeowners through the most complex parts of pre-construction-scope, pricing, timelines, permitting, and financing-then match them with high-quality contractors and support them through execution.

Founded in 2019, Realm is building a category-defining platform that blends real-world expertise with AI-powered tooling to transform a historically opaque and fragmented industry. Our small but mighty team is based primarily in Los Angeles / Marina del Rey, but we are expanding our presence in several new markets. 

• Develop content strategies that educate homeowners while supporting acquisition and SEO goals.
• Plan and oversee production of articles, videos, social content, photography, email campaigns, webinars, and other marketing assets.
• Coordinate content collection from customers, contractors, advisors, and internal teams.
• Build repeatable processes for collecting testimonials, project photos, videos, case studies, and success stories.
• Maintain a consistent publishing cadence across multiple channels.

• Own Realm's SEO strategy in partnership with external agencies.
• Analyze Google Search Console, GA4, AI search trends, and keyword opportunities to prioritize new content.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve technical SEO, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
• Continuously identify opportunities to increase rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Monitor AI search visibility and develop strategies for emerging search platforms and large language models.

• Serve as the primary owner of multiple marketing agencies simultaneously.
• Set clear goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Hold agency partners accountable for quality, deadlines, and measurable performance.
• Coordinate work across SEO, PR, creative, social media, paid media, and content agencies to ensure initiatives remain aligned.
• Evaluate new vendors and determine where specialized expertise can accelerate growth.

• Develop stories that position Realm as an industry thought leader.
• Coordinate press releases, media outreach, and award submissions.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, podcasts, newsletters, influencers, and industry publications.
• Track earned media performance, backlinks, domain authority, and brand mentions.
• Identify opportunities for executives to contribute thought leadership and commentary.

• Continuously evaluate and implement AI tools that improve marketing productivity and quality.
• Develop workflows that use AI for research, content ideation, editing, SEO optimization, creative production, reporting, and campaign management.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and recommend where they can create competitive advantages.
• Help establish AI best practices across the marketing function.

• Analyze acquisition channels, attribution, organic traffic, conversion funnels, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Identify trends quickly and recommend actions based on data.
• Run experiments to improve marketing performance.
• Present clear performance updates and recommendations to leadership.

• 5-10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience in housing, residential construction, real estate, home services, proptech, or adjacent consumer industries.
• Strong understanding of SEO & AEO strategy, technical SEO fundamentals, and content-driven organic growth.
• Experience managing multiple external agencies and cross-functional vendors simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
• Experience managing content calendars and coordinating creative production.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience with generative AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Perplexity, and other emerging AI marketing tools.

• Experience earning national and regional press coverage.
• Experience with video production, photography, and content operations.
• Experience managing social media strategy and community engagement.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and lifecycle marketing.
