• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through video chat, providing personalized therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Guide clients in discussing their emotions and experiences, creating a safe space for open dialogue.
• Assist clients in setting realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, monitoring progress and adjusting the treatment plan as necessary.
• Identify behaviors that may impede recovery and provide strategic advice on how clients can overcome these obstacles.
• Educate clients on effective coping mechanisms and strategies for emotional resilience.
• Document client progress using our secure digital platform, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all necessary guidelines.

You will primarily serve a population of stable adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. Our pre-screening process ensures that all clients are prepared and open to engage in therapy, allowing you to focus on delivering effective care without the complexities of managing high-acuity cases. The ideal candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. To practice independently, you must hold an active and unrestricted license as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Note: Limited or provisional licenses, or any history of disciplinary actions, will not be considered.

Candidates should have proven experience in individual counseling, with a strong emphasis on developing therapeutic relationships, applying treatment theories, and managing case documentation. Ability to communicate effectively and exhibit strong interpersonal skills is critical for success in this role.
