• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities that support efficient caseload management.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and struggles.

• Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to diverse client populations.
• Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and methodologies.
• Interest or experience in addiction treatment and recovery is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
