Job description

We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.


GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

Compensation:

$30 hourly + closing bonus


Responsibilities:
  • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
  • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Communicate with clients and potential clients
  • Attend showings
  • Provide prompt feedback
  • Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings
  • The team lead would handle drafting contracts and negotiating to take the sale through the closing

Qualifications:
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Can spend a large amount of time driving
  • To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin, you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification
