Job Description

Real Estate Photographer - Contract work available

CURB360™ is a fast growing real estate media company. We are actively looking for real estate photographers and videographers to book consistent work. We want individuals who are readily available during the week and Saturdays. If you are a wedding photographer, working with CURB360™ offers a great way to earn income during the week and continue to grow your wedding and portrait business. Must have professional equipment and technical experience.

The photographer / videographer performs a wide range of duties, including:

  • HDR photography and other media services for apartments & houses scheduled by our internal team.
  • Meet agents, homeowners, or property teams on site and perform photo sessions.
  • Take HDR photos of interiors and exteriors of homes.
  • Ensure quality HDR photo composition, angles, and positioning of the space taken.
  • Upload raw HDR images or video to our cloud services.
  • Independently operate, maintain, and set up all photography, video, audio, and lighting equipment; demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used (e.g. gimbal).
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Be comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities and accept constructive feedback.
  • Able to follow image guidelines which include exposure, HDR bracketing, composition and post‑process requirements.
Requirements

Must have HDR real‑estate photography experience.

Videography, aerial photography, 3D Matterport, Zillow3D experience are a plus and will ensure more bookings.

Must have reliable transportation and required equipment to meet job expectations.

  • Experience in real‑estate photography and/or a strong portfolio in real‑estate media.
  • Provide a digital portfolio during the interview or application process.
  • W9, COI, and NDA signed by all contractors.
  • Good working internet; a fast upload speed greatly improves efficiency.
  • Proficiency in specialized software such as Adobe Bridge or Lightroom.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a DSLR camera for producing videos and taking HDR photographs under our brand guidelines; DSLR must support AEB mode and have a wide‑angle lens.
  • Professional video equipment with a professional setup and gimbal.
  • FAA Part 107 license and insurance required before being booked, if you are a drone operator.
  • Insurance and liability coverage for your business and car insurance.
  • DBA or a registered business.
