Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cibolo, TX. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and follow up with leads, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Daily activities include preparing and reviewing contracts and other transaction documents, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and communicating with lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction. The role involves performing comparative market analyses, advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies, and maintaining accurate records in the brokerageโ€™s systems. The Real Estate Agent will also participate in team meetings, stay current on local market trends and regulations, and uphold all company and licensing standards.
Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License in the state of Texas and a solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property principles.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, listen effectively, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
  • Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing transactions.
  • Strong local market knowledge or willingness to develop expertise in the Cibolo, TX and greater San Antonio area.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple client transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with basic office software, CRM systems, and online listing platforms (MLS and related tools).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driverโ€™s license, and capacity to travel to properties, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, compliance with state and brokerage regulations, and continued professional development.
