We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and market trends, OR has a strong passion to learn about Real Estate. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Duties

  • Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.

Qualifications

  • Ability to attend and pass the state 40 hour real estate class OR has a valid real estate license in the state of MI.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
