Manager – Real Property

The Manager of Real Property Tax at Modern Tax leads a dynamic team of Consultants to deliver top-tier property tax consulting services to our valued clients. As a Manager, you’ll oversee the entire appeals process for our clients—evaluating positions, making strategic calls, and negotiating reductions and settlements that align with their goals. You’ll also ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards, dive deep into tax research, review property valuations, and spearhead assessment appeals, including preparing for and supporting litigation when needed.
