Job description

Designit Senior Client Services Partner

Designit partners with organizations to rethink how they evolve and grow through experience transformation, technological innovation, and superior design. We're looking for someone who can operate at that level… Someone who can open new conversations, shape new opportunities, and build the kind of partnerships that lead to lasting change. Someone who's as comfortable in ambiguity as they are in a boardroom. Someone who knows how to move from possibility to momentum – and from momentum to real, funded work. If you're driven by impact opportunities – not just quota and want a seat at the table where direction is set, not just delivered, this role is for you.

About Designit Designit is a global design and experience company. We help organizations navigate change – connecting business strategy to what people actually need and expect. We are analysts. Creators. Designers. Doers. Dreamers. Explorers. Geeks. Disrupters. Leaders. Learners. Renegades. Seekers. Strategists. Visionaries. And we fundamentally believe that we're better together. Our teams bring together strategy, design, and technology to solve complex challenges and create meaningful experiences. The kind that change how businesses operate – and how they're perceived. Designit operates at the intersection of: Customer experience (CX) + experience design Digital product + service innovation AI, data, + technology-led transformation Brand, marketing, + growth strategy

The role As a Senior Client Services Partner, you're responsible for finding and shaping new opportunities wherever they exist. That includes expanding key accounts as well as identifying and converting net-new opportunities. You'll work across a defined portfolio while also looking outward – connecting dots, opening new doors, and turning potential into real, sustainable business. You'll do this in close partnership with Designit's strategy, creative, design, and delivery teams – bringing the full breadth of our capabilities into play.

What you'll do Expand and deepen existing relationships Identify unmet needs, emerging priorities, and whitespace within existing accounts Broaden engagement across stakeholders, teams, and business units Shape early-stage opportunities that evolve into new streams of work Originate net-new relationships and opportunities Build relationships with prospective clients beyond current accounts Identify where Designit can create an entry point through insight, relevance, and timing Convert early-stage conversations into qualified opportunities and new business Lead complex pursuits Drive end-to-end deal development – from first conversation through close Build compelling, differentiated solutions in partnership with strategy, design, and delivery teams Navigate pricing, negotiation, and contract conversations with confidence Build real partnerships Establish trust with senior client leaders across business, marketing, and technology Show up as a thought partner – not just a vendor Lead with insight, not just capability Expand the work in ways that matter Map Designit's capabilities to meaningful client challenges Grow accounts through meaningful, strategically aligned initiatives Move beyond immediate needs to help shape longer-term client roadmaps Lead internally as well as externally Bring clarity, direction, and momentum to pursuit teams Collaborate across disciplines to ensure what we sell is what we can deliver – at a high standard Contribute to how Designit shows up in the market

What you bring 7–10+ years leading complex client relationships within consulting, creative/marketing, design, digital, or experience-led organizations Experience working across multidisciplinary teams (strategy, design, creative, delivery) in a matrixed environment – and knowing how to bring them together effectively A demonstrated ability to navigate complexity without losing momentum or clarity A proven ability to originate and close new business in complex, enterprise environments Demonstrated ability to communicate with and present to executive and C-level client contacts A track record operating in consulting, design, digital, or technology-led organizations Strong commercial instincts – understanding how deals are structured, priced, and won Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating multi-layered organizations Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Confidence with and history of building relationships that lead to lasting, expanded partnerships The ability to connect big-picture thinking to practical, executable opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How you work You proactively shape briefs – and help define the work before it exists You're comfortable with ambiguity, and you know how to turn it into direction You care about the quality of the work, not just the size of the deal

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
