Responsibilities
This role is designed for agents who want a clear path to production, strong support, and real results in their real estate business.
  • Build your business on a proven foundation by graduating from PLACE Launch, a structured program that gives you clarity, confidence, and direction.
  • Create consistent lead flow and predictable income by executing PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
  • Convert more buyers and build client trust by consulting with buyers, securing signed buyer agreements, and guiding them to the right homes.
  • Win more deals with confidence by negotiating offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
  • Stay organized and in control of your business by tracking tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
  • Grow your pipeline through in-person opportunities by hosting two open houses each month to meet new clients and generate leads.
  • Turn daily effort into real appointments and contracts by converting prospecting and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments.
  • Improve your conversations and close more often by participating in weekly script practice aligned with team standards.
  • Grow faster alongside driven, high-performing agents by participating in team activities that promote collaboration and accountability.
