About the Role:

Are you ready to take the lead in managing a dynamic portfolio of facilities?

As a CBRE Real Estate Manager, you will oversee the operations and management of approximately 150,000 square feet across a mix of administrative and medical office buildings. This includes a cluster of facilities located on a single campus, along with one additional offsite location. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for all core aspects of property management, including maintenance, vendor coordination, financial performance, lease administration, and client satisfaction.

Your leadership ensures that all facilities, both on campus and offsite, operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

This role is part of our Property Management function, which focuses on managing and operating buildings on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate brings strong facility operations expertise, proven leadership capability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and service providers, modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide supervision, training, development, and performance management for property management staff, ensuring effective team operations and cross-training.
  • Lead recruiting and hiring efforts to build a high‑performing team; coordinate daily workflows, schedules, and departmental goals.
  • Manage tenant improvement (TI) buildouts and renovation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to oversee project milestones and proactively resolve issues.
  • Oversee lease administration tasks, including preparing and reviewing documentation for renewals, rate adjustments, and lease compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and organized lease records and ensure timely processing of all related paperwork.
  • Assist with space planning initiatives to optimize facility utilization and support marketing and leasing efforts.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets and budgets for client events; solicit competitive bids and provide recommendations for client approval.
  • Prepare and present financial reporting and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to tenant needs and ensure efficient resolution of issues by administrative and technical staff.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, manage work orders, and ensure timely resolution of property condition concerns.
  • Manage scheduling, promotion, and logistics for conference facilities and meeting rooms, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
  • Prepare utilization reports for internal and client review.
  • Identify and resolve daily operational challenges; apply cross‑functional knowledge to improve processes and drive team and departmental efficiency.
What You’ll Need:
  • A Utah Real Estate License is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant property management experience; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Prior management experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance appraisal, and employee retention.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey sensitive or complex information, set clear expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate teams and drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across job disciplines and departmental functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and property management systems such as Yardi.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
