Job description

Job title : Real Estate Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
Client : ATM Manufacturing Company
Duration : 06 months (Temp to Hire)
Location : North Canton, OH 44720
Work Shift : 8 am to 5 pm
Description:
  • As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, documenting and managing Real Estate projects as the leader of a cross functional team using industry-standard tools and methodologies in support of the organization's strategic objectives.
  • As a Senior Project Manager you will report into Global Real Estate where all project efforts will be aligned with the overall North America project portfolio, strategy and budget.

Essential functions of this position include:
  • Perform standard project management functions such as planning, scheduling, and tracking of progress towards deliverables using standardized tools, dashboards and methodologies.
  • Lead, manage and be accountable for the flawless execution of a project including deliverable, schedule and budget adherence.
  • Provide clear and concise Executive summary updates, articulate issues, challenges, risks and mitigation options.
  • Apply logical problem solving techniques to document and solve technical and non-technical problems.
  • Organize, plan and execute an efficient and effective meeting with global participants using room command skills, whiteboards, MS PowerPoint and communication technology.
  • Manage change control within a project or dependency project.
  • Establish and manage strong partnerships with internal associates throughout the Global Client Organization.
  • Recognize areas for improvements and propose initiatives and plans for implementing them.
  • Identify and generate metrics in support of a project that comply with organizational standards and procedures.
  • Set expectations and hold project team members accountable for their work and deliverables in a matrix organization.
  • Interpret data and explain its impact to project health.
  • Evaluate and re-direct project activities when needed.
  • Conduct and lead risk assessment group sessions and execute mitigation or contingency plans accordingly.
  • Deal with adversity and communicate challenging situations in a positive and productive manner to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks and demands for yourself and others.
