Real Estate Data information

What is real estate data and why is it important?

Real estate data refers to the collection of information related to properties, including details about ownership, sales history, property characteristics, market trends, valuations, and geographic locations. This data is crucial for buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals to make informed decisions. Accurate real estate data helps in property valuation, identifying market opportunities, analyzing trends, and minimizing risks. It is also essential for developing marketing strategies and forecasting future market movements.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a real estate data analyst, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Real Estate Data Analyst, you need a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and real estate market principles, often supported by a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and geographic information systems (GIS) is typically required. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication skills help analysts interpret data accurately and present actionable insights to stakeholders. These skills and qualifications are crucial for making informed investment decisions, identifying market trends, and supporting strategic business growth in the real estate sector.

How does a real estate data professional typically collaborate with other departments within a real estate company?

Real Estate Data professionals frequently work alongside teams such as acquisitions, marketing, finance, and property management to provide actionable insights from data. They often translate raw market and property data into reports that help guide investment decisions, pricing strategies, and operational improvements. Regular collaboration may involve participating in cross-functional meetings, presenting analytical findings, and responding to specific data requests from different departments. This collaborative structure ensures that strategic decisions across the company are data-driven and timely.

Job description

Launch Your Marketing Career at One of Las Vegas' Largest Real Estate Brokerages

Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas has been part of the fabric of this city's real estate market since 1986, built under the ownership of Debbie Zois. What started as one broker's commitment to doing right by her clients has grown into a full-service brokerage of 200+ agents, complete with its own property management company, real estate school, and in-house luxury, commercial and coaching divisions.

That growth needs a creative, detail-obsessed Marketing Coordinator to help tell the story.

This is a hybrid role, and we want to be upfront about that: most of your day will be spent on marketing and content creation, and some time will be spent as the welcoming, organized face of our office, greeting agents and visitors, coering front desk operations, and handling administrative and data entry tasks that keep the whole brokerage running smoothly. If you want a role where no two hours look the same, where your work is visible across the whole office (not lost in a big-company marketing department), and where accuracy and creativity are equally valued, this is built for you.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Design polished property flyers and marketing collateral using our pre-built template library
  • Build and schedule social media content that is engaging
  • Manage video production projects from concept to final cut
  • Help plan and execute standout real estate events, from vendor coordination to day-of logistics

Office & Agent Support

  • Cover our front desk, as needed, to be the first impression every agent, client, and visitor gets of our brand
  • Handle some day-to-day administrative tasks that support agents and leadership
  • Enter and maintain data, with a high degree of accuracy
  • Juggle multiple deadlines and shifting priorities without dropping the ball

Agent Experience

  • Make every agent feel supported, valued, and taken care of
  • Handle competing requests, and the occasional "no," with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Build the kind of trust that makes agents come back to you first

What We're Looking For

  • A friendly, polished, professional communicator who genuinely enjoys people
  • Meticulous attention to detail, someone who double-checks their own work and rarely lets errors slip through, especially in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Comfort with pre-built design templates and social media scheduling tools (Canva, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, or similar, training provided on our specific systems)
  • Strong organizational instincts and a knack for keeping events and projects on track
  • Calm, steady energy under pressure, someone who can manage a busy front desk and a marketing deadline in the same afternoon
  • Prior office, administrative, or front-desk experience is a plus but not required, we're as interested in your organizational skills and eagerness to learn as your resume

Why Join Us

  • Work inside an established, high-growth brokerage with nearly four decades of presence in Las Vegas
  • A team environment where your work directly supports people's livelihoods, and where that impact is felt daily

Ready to be the organized, creative force behind one of Las Vegas' leading real estate offices? Apply today.
