Responsibilities
Real Estate Estimators generate construction estimates and budgets , to provide a clear understanding of cost for feasibility and decision-making purposes.
As a Real Estate Construction Estimator I or II, you will prepare construction estimates and budgets to make essential Corporate planning decisions.

We are looking for:
- a related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 2+ years commercial general contractor estimating, preferably in grocery and/or retail
- Detail oriented, with the ability to interpret drawings, construction plans and specifications
- Experience in new store commercial construction estimating, preferably in retail and grocery sectors
- Strong collaborator across cross functional departments
What is the work?
Role Functions:
- Responsible for various financial functions such as estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Performing Value Engineering exercises
- Discovers and drives new ways of using information to impact business decisions and results
- Provides complex analysis and recommendations to drive efficiencies
Training / Mentoring:
- Trains, mentors, and transfers knowledge to fellow team members
