Job description

Hassle Free Home Services | Full-Time, Remote | $100,000 to $110,000 + Bonus Opportunity

The best run high value homes in the country no longer rely on a rotating cast of contractors. Hassle Free Home Services built the model that replaced it, and the category is growing quickly. We are expanding into new markets across the country, and this role sits at the center of that growth: customer acquisition end to end.

There's no cold calling here. Our marketing team generates high intent inbound leads, so you're never starting from zero. But this isn't an easy job, and it isn't for everyone. You'll be on the phone a lot, and you'll also learn the full loop behind those calls: marketing, ad creation, media buying, automation, AI tools, analytics, and the tech stack, not just the sales process itself. A year in, you'll understand how a modern customer acquisition engine actually runs, because you'll have helped run it.

Those leads come from CEOs, executives, and lawyers in $3M+ homes, and a sales team turns that interest into long term members. These are informed, discerning people, and what you're offering them is real: a dedicated team that actually keeps their home running right, not a sales pitch. Winning them over means delivering genuine value, and that's what makes this different. This is a sector that's smart to be in right now, and this is a seat built for someone who's ready to be great fast.

What You'll Do
  • Own the sales process from first conversation to close on warm inbound leads, no cold calling
  • Build real rapport fast. Connect with high value homeowners, executives, and decision makers, and earn trust in a single call
  • Use sales and persuasion skills to guide the conversation, handle objections, and close, not just present and hope
  • Handle real call volume with urgency, sharp questions, and follow up that never slips
  • Communicate in writing as well as you do on the phone. Emails and texts that are clear, professional, and move the deal forward
  • Learn the marketing engine feeding you leads: ads, automation, CRM, analytics, AI
  • Treat AI as a fundamental tool in how you sell, not an add on
  • Partner with our Home Managers and leadership, who are there to help you close, not leave you to figure it out alone
  • Bring what you hear on the phones back to the team to sharpen our marketing, pitch, and product
Who You Are

We want sharp people. Relentless people. The kind of person who's already good at this and wants to get great, fast.

  • A killer communicator, especially on the phone and on video calls. You read people quickly and adjust
  • Competitive and coachable at the same time. You want to win, and you want to be taught how to win more
  • A fast learner who picks up tools, systems, and process without needing to be told twice
  • Tech savvy and already a frequent user of AI tools, not someone who's afraid of them
  • Relentless. You follow up before anyone has to ask you to, and you don't let a lead go cold
  • Someone who wants to win the right way. Customer focused, not pushy
  • Experience owning or caring for a home, or background in real estate, property management, or home improvement, is a strong plus. Direct sales experience is a plus but not required. If you're this good, we'll train the rest.
What You'll Get
  • A structured training program, including time shadowing senior closers, so you walk in prepared, not thrown in cold
  • A marketing team feeding you high intent leads every day, so your energy goes into closing, not generating
  • Home Managers and leadership built to support you through the sale, not just hand you a list and disappear
  • A front row seat to building a category defining national brand, selling to homeowners and executives who genuinely value what we do
  • Real ownership over your pipeline, with a clear path to grow as we expand into new markets
  • Salaried pay, $100,000 to $110,000, plus bonus opportunity, remote, full time
Worth Knowing

The sales team rotates for evening and weekend coverage as needed, since leads don't stop coming in on a schedule.

If you're looking for a transactional sales job, this probably isn't it. This role puts you on modern technology and a business model built for where AI is taking this industry, selling real value to customers who can afford the best and expect it. The company is growing fast, and we promote from within, so where you start here is not where you stay. If you're confident you're good enough to earn a seat, let's talk.
