Position Summary
The Strategic Platform Support Analyst/Associate will join the Platform team and help maintain, improve, and build out the company's real-estate technology and systems. The role supports core platforms including Yardi, EliseAI, and/or other real-estate accounting systems, working closely with Property Management, Accounting, Operations, Asset Management, Development, and Technology teams.
The ideal candidate is proficient in using AI and AI-enabled tools responsibly. In addition to supporting core business platforms, this person will help identify, test, deploy, and drive adoption of practical AI solutions across the business to improve workflows, support, reporting, documentation, analysis, and decision-making.
The Analyst level will independently manage defined support and improvement work. The Associate level will take on more complex projects, integrations, platform ownership, and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a hands-on subject-matter expert for Yardi, EliseAI, and/or other assigned real-estate accounting platforms, including user support, workflows, reporting, data accuracy, and issue resolution.
  • Own and prioritize platform-support requests; investigate problems, communicate with users, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Support and improve real-estate systems used by Property Management, Accounting, Asset Management, Development, and Operations.
  • Translate business needs into system configurations, workflow improvements, report specifications, test plans, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate testing, user acceptance, releases, upgrades, new property or entity setup, and other platform changes.
  • Build and maintain clear documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge resources.
  • Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, automation, and platform adoption.
  • Help evaluate, implement, and scale approved AI and automation tools across business functions; create practical use cases, training, and guardrails for adoption.
  • Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve support, documentation, research, reporting, analysis, and team productivity.
  • Partner effectively with business users, platform owners, vendors, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, configuring, or enhancing Yardi, EliseAI, and/or real-estate accounting systems in a real-estate environment.
  • Strong platform-support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of real-estate operations, including property management, accounting, asset management, development, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI and AI-enabled tools, including practical workflow design, output validation, and responsible handling of confidential information.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills; SQL experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager, relevant Yardi modules, EliseAI, or similar real-estate accounting and operational platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, APIs, integrations, workflow-automation tools, or low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, data quality, system integrations, or data validation.
  • Exposure to Python, R, forecasting, analytics, or other practical data-science methods.
  • Experience leading a platform enhancement, implementation, migration, AI deployment, or cross-functional project.
