A growing South Florida real estate investment platform is looking to add a Real Estate Analyst to its team in Fort Lauderdale.


The firm is affiliated with an established South Florida commercial real estate business and focuses on acquiring, developing, and repositioning commercial real estate, with a particular focus on industrial properties across Florida. The platform takes an entrepreneurial, hands on approach to investing and creating value across its portfolio, with activity spanning Broward, Miami Dade, Palm Beach, Orlando, and Tampa.


The Analyst will work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to acquisitions, investment underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, market research, and asset management. This is an opportunity to join a lean and growing investment platform and gain broad exposure to the full real estate investment lifecycle.
