In this role, you'll represent home sellers throughout the entire transaction process-from preparing and positioning the property to creating the listing, coordinating marketing, managing negotiations, and guiding the sale through closing. Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analyses to determine optimal listing prices, and marketing strategies ensuring sellers secure the best possible price, terms and timing.
  • Coordinate with your support team to stage and market homes effectively, attracting potential buyers swiftly.
  • Stay informed about current market trends and advise sellers on effective strategies.
  • Lead listing conversations with sellers, covering pricing, home preparation, showings, inspections, and negotiations.
  • Provide weekly updates to home sellers, keeping them informed and aiding their decision-making process.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to offer feedback on their property listings, enhancing engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries to convert leads into listing appointments.
  • Actively prospect for new listing opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct listing consultations with prospective sellers.
Qualifications
  • Confident, competitive, a motivated learner with a strong achievement record
  • Team player who can work effectively with support and follow proven processes
  • A valid Real Estate License in Delaware or Pennsylvania is required before working with clients (FREE Real Estate School Available )
  • A track record in sales and/or customer service is a PLUS.
  • Ability quickly learn and effectively use technologies
  • Authorized to work in the US
